Now, polymer-based plastics are commonly used. The symmetry of wood powder/wood grains is around 15%, virgin/recycled plastic constitutes 75%, and the remaining 15% will be different additives.

Marine ply is also treated with chemicals and protective glazes to intensify water and termite-resistance properties.
WPC boards are a blend of sawdust and polymers. They are 100% water/moisture-proof and termite-proof material. This is only because of its hybrid composition, due to which they can be faithfully used in applications for wet patches, external furniture, facades, bathroom interiors, etc without any worries!
But plywood of grades different from Marine is water and moisture resistant and not waterproof like WPC boards!
Fire and Heat Resistance? Resistant!

And here if you choose a material like plywood, then you should know that it burns with flame and is more susceptible to heat.
But in the case of WPC boards, they do not cost high damages because they retard fire due to the presence of plastic material and special additives.

In the case of WPC boards, the colors are produced through the addition of pigments in the manufacturing methodology and do not fade easily on exposure to sunlight. WPC does not require any laminate, veneer, paints, and polish as it is a glossy, vibrant material!
